How to Make a Withdrawal: A Step-by-Step Guide

Making a withdrawal from your Amzonite account is a straightforward process that gives you access to your funds whenever you need them.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the withdrawal process seamlessly:


Navigating to the Withdrawal Tab

  1. Begin by signing in to your Amzonite account using your credentials.

  2. Once logged in, locate the "Withdraw" tab in the menu. Click on it to initiate the withdrawal process.

Selecting Withdrawal Account and Method

  1. Choose the account type you'd like to request a withdraw to (currently, Amzonite only offers Bank Transfer however we do look to expand this list in the near future).

  2. Your available balance will be clearly displayed, indicating the total amount that is available for withdrawal.

  3. Select the currency in which you wish to withdraw your funds.

  4. Specify the amount you intend to withdraw from your Amzonite account.

  5. Click the "Withdraw Now" button to continue to provide your bank details.

Note: Please note that the only available withdrawal method is via bank transfer, with an estimated processing time of 3-10 working days on average.


Initiating the Withdrawal

  1. Enter your bank account details, including:

    1. Account name

    2. Sort code / Swift

    3. Account number

  2. Click the "Withdraw Request" button to complete the withdrawal request.


Confirmation and Communication

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for any further communication or confirmation from the Amzonite team.


Additional Information

While internal bank transfers can be sent in the currency of your choice, please note that Amzonite will send you the equivalent amount in whichever currency your account is in and will be carried out at the live market rate during the transfer process.

All internal bank transfers are efficiently managed in-house at Amzonite, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.


Withdrawal History and Statements

In addition to the withdrawal process, you can access your withdrawal history statements. To download a statement, simply select the desired period, and the report will be automatically generated and downloaded.

For a comprehensive overview, the withdrawal history section outlines all previous withdrawal transactions, giving you insight into your account's withdrawal activity.

You have full transparency of where your withdrawal is in the process each step of the way. These stages are:

  1. Withdrawal Submitted - You have logged a withdrawal on your dashboard

  2. Withdrawal Accepted - Your request has been accepted by our team.

  3. Funds Withdrawn From Trading Account - In order to send the funds to you we must draw the specific amount from our live trading accounts. At this stage, the funds will be on their way back to our bank account.

  4. Funds Received - Your withdrawal request has been received by our bank.

  5. Withdrawal Completed - The funds have left our bank and are on their way to your bank.
