Forgetting a password can happen to anyone. At Amzonite, we prioritize not only the security of your account but also the ease of regaining access.
Below, we've provided a clear and straightforward guide to help you reset your password.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
Navigate to the Amzonite website and click on the 'Sign In' button, located at the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password"
Below the login fields, there should be a link or option that says "Forgot Password?"

Step 3: Provide Your Registered Email Address
You'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Amzonite account. Make sure you enter the correct email address and then click on the 'Request' button.
Step 4: Check Your Email
A password reset email will be sent to the address you provided.
Open your email client and check your inbox for a message from Amzonite. If you don't see the email in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders.
Note: For security reasons, the password reset link in the email will often expire after 24 hours. Ensure you use it promptly.
Step 5: Click on the Password Reset Link
Inside the email, there will be a button to reset your password. Click on this "Reset Password" button, and you'll be redirected back to the Amzonite website.
Step 6: Set a New Password
You'll be asked to enter a new password. Make sure to choose a strong, unique password that you haven't used elsewhere.
Tip: Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special symbols to enhance password strength.
After entering your new password, you need to confirm it by entering it a second time. Do so, and then click on the 'Submit' button.
Step 7: Confirmation & Log In
Once your password has been successfully reset, you'll receive a confirmation message. You can now use your new password to log in to your Amzonite account.
Note: Important Points to Remember
Always keep your password confidential. Amzonite representatives will never ask for your password.
